♦ ABOUT US
HYK LAND AND DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD was incorporated in Malaysia on 28th February, 2007 with the principal business
of Housing Development. Our current project comprises a range of developments which are mainly located in Semenyih and Kajang Areas.
We have developed and undertaken of three (3) projects of more than 100 units of mixed development projects with sales value
exceeding RM40 Millions.
♦ BACKGROUND
HYK LAND AND DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD was incorporated through its Associate Company, HYK BINA SDN BHD / HEN YET KEOW
CONSTRUCTION, which has been in the business of construction since 1996. The parent Company has been
awarded and undertaken for more than RM400 Millions contract sum of projects over the past eight (8) years and the increases
of yearly turnover has effected the Company to set up a new company, i.e. HYK LAND AND DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD in Year 2007 to
venture into the housing development sector.
*Our Associate Company is currently involved in construction of projects such as Taman Pelangi, Parklane OUG and Puncak Alam.
♦ Completed Projects
The Company has undertaken the 1st development project of building 9 units of 4-Storey Shop Offices at Mukim of Setapak.
All the units were fully sold. The project was completed with the issuance of Certificate of Fitness for occupation on
1st June 2010 and successfully delivered with vacant possession.
The 2nd completed project is Taman Villa @ Bandar Teknologi Kajang which comprises 66 units of Double-Storey Terrace Houses
(20'x65') and (20'x75'). All the units were fully sold and were completed with the issuance of Certificate of Fitness and vacant possession delivered on
5th June 2012.
♦ On-Going Projects
Taman Desa Mewah, Mukim of Semenyih
This Project comprises 18 units of Double-Storey Terrace Houses (22'x65') and 9 units of Double-Storey Shop Houses.
All the units were fully sold and the progress work done is 80% completed. The delivery of vacant possession is expected
to be in April/May 2013.
♦ Up-Coming Projects
Kaseh Height, Mukim of Semenyih
This Project is located in the heart of Semenyih Town, nearby amenities such as Semenyih Sentral, The Store, Tesco, Econsave
and Mydin Mart. There are schools such as Sin Meng Chinese Primary School, Sin Choon Primary School and SMJK Semnyih within
this town. You will find bank such as Maybank, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank and Public Bank at a near distance from this project.
The project is surrounded by established developments include Taman Semenyih Mewah, Taman Semenyih Indah, Semenyih Sentral,
Semenyih Town Centre, Semenyih market and other amenities.
The Project is easy accessible and well connected through major roads and highways; such as Lekas Highway, Silk Highway,
KL-Seremban Highway, Jalan Semenyih and Jalan Cheras-Kajang etc.
